Standard orders are estimated to take 10 business days (about 2 weeks) for processing.
Custom Orders are assessed per order. While we complete custom requests as quickly as possible, every project timeline can be unique.
We ship all products with either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, a shipping notification will be sent once your items leave our facility. If you wish to make your package signature required please contact us directly regarding your order.
Rush processing and shipping can be paid for an additional cost at checkout.

Rush Shipping can be selected for additional cost. When an order is rushed it will be shipped within 5 business days from date of purchase.

If an item is defective please send us an email at sales@vivianferne.com.
If there is damage to the box in transit you must take photos of the damage for record. Please document the damage and send photos to sales@vivianferne.com.
We will provide details of required next steps before we ship a replacement product.

What are the differences between Peel & Stick and Pre-Pasted?
What are the differences between Peel & Stick and Pre-Pasted?
Peel and Stick Wallpaper is a vinyl product that acts like a giant sticker. The wallpaper designs are printed on the vinyl side of the product. To hang the wallpaper you remove the backing and apply the wallpaper as shown in our installation video
Pre-Pasted Wallpaper is a water activated adhesive paper that is more closely related to traditional wallpapers. You will need to wet the product and the glue adheres to the wall as it begins to dry when it is in place. See the Pre-pasted wallpaper installation video
Which material is best for me?
Which material is best for me?
Every situation is different. Our Peel & Stick product is most easy to remove. If you are in an apartment or other relatively temporary environment you may want to consider Peel & Stick. Please note, if you are working with a wallpaper installer, many work exclusively with Pre-Pasted or French Luxe wallpapers.
Pre-Pasted is a great option if you are looking for a long term installation or prefer the more traditional paper texture for your decor theme.

Yes! We are able to meet almost any custom size requests for all of our products. If you have questions regarding a custom size please reach out.
Who makes all your designs?

Almost all of our designs are inspired from the original abstract painting of Vivian Ferne's founder, Frances Maass. The designs have been digitally captured to print as large scale wallpapers. When you purchase a Vivian Ferne wallpaper you are purchasing a piece of original art.
