Shipping policy

Standard orders are estimated to take 10 business days (about 2 weeks) for processing.

Custom Orders are assessed per order. While we complete custom requests as quickly as possible, every project timeline can be unique. 

We ship all products with either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, a shipping notification will be sent once your items leave our facility.  If you wish to make your package signature required please contact us directly regarding your order.

Rush processing and shipping can be paid for an additional cost at checkout.

If there are any damages in transit please document photos of the box and product damage then reach out to sales@vivianferne.com immediately.
